Without a doubt the 2nd XVs top tryscorer last season (whilst also bagging a few for the 1sts) the latest in the Leeman dynasty is already established as one of Burley's most dangerous attacking players. Short and stocky in stature and with a low centre of gravity, his pace enables him to elude tacklers and he is very difficult to catch in broken play. Excellent playing at 12 alongside Tim Roberts at 10, with whom he has a good understanding, the blossoming centre partnership between Gavin and Lee Millar will ask questions of any defence, and Gavin will see no reason why he can't stack up a large tally of tries yet again.
