Club Captain "Griff" leads by example, fighting (sometimes literally) for every yard and refusing to give up until the game is completely done. Aggressive and confrontational both in the tackle and going forward, Griff thrives on the physical encounter, often showing his dislike of the opposition's smaller, more evasive players by running them down and hurting them, especially when playing scrum half. Off the pitch Jim is known for his one-of-the-lads demenour and passionate support of Leeds Rhinos and Leeds United, the latter also including an all-consuming dislike of Manchester Utd and especially Cristiano Ronaldo.
