Jamie is this season's 1st XV Captain, a position he held previously during Burley's glorious 2006/2007 campaign. A popular, no-nonsense front rower, he can be expected to lead with pride and skill, provided his tendency to 'earn' himself 10 minutes' rest at the referee's discretion does not overwhelm him too often! The experienced prop is as capable as any Burley player in that role and will be expecting another good year's captaincy.
