Tim is an enigmatic Fly-Half who has played both 1st XV and 2nd XV rugby in the past year (he was 2nd XV Captain 2008/2009. Very much a confidence player, he can occasionally have quiet games, but when confident and focused he has the ability to take total control of a match. A skilful kicker both from the floor and from hand, Tim also displays an oppotunistic streak which sees him pick off many interceptions and score tries despite having not been involved in their creation. In short, Tim is a talented and promising Fly Half who can win games in a moment. If he is able to maintain form and confidence throughout the season it could make the difference between an average campaign for Burley and an excellent one.
